These questions might have been answered somewhere else, but it is quite a whole lot of information to scan through all the previous posts; hence, my decision to post this here.
I am looking to start up a small scale call center(by this I mean a shop where people come in and make cheap calls), but not really sure how or where to start, and someone just suggested Asterik to me; and that's what brought me to this website. It seems like Asterik is what I have been looking for, but still, it is too much information, which makes it a bit overwhelming.
To make my questions simple, what and what exactly do I need to start up a small scale call center, what might it cost to have the system up and running? What hardwares, softwares, etc? I do not know much about Asterik. So how easy is it to find someone who can set everything up for me? When this is up and running, do I have to pay any monthly charges to anyone?
I know these are quite lots of questions, but if the nice memebers of this forum could answer directly to my queries, or point me to an exact url where I can read more specifically about my objective, I would so much appreciate.
