Calls not clear

Hi,

2 months ago we have installed switchvox free edition, the calls are not clear, major problem, while taking calls go dead for few seconds and and then you can here some thing and after few seconds it happens again.

any one else experiences any similar problems ?

Is this happening on internal calls ( extension to extension ), or only on calls over a telephone provider connection of some kind? If it's only happening on a provider connection, what type of connection is it, and does it also happen with alternate connections?
