[solved] ADA Help Please

Postby seabro » Wed Oct 28, 2009 6:45 am

Hi,

Asterisk 1.6.0.10
ADA 1.0

I cannot get ADA to work! No incoming pop, no outbound calls. When I attempt to dial I see nothing on console. When I start ADA I get ' Manager 'sean' logged on from 192.168.100.25'

Help appreciated greatly - fed up of manually dialling!

users.conf entry:

[sean]
context = ada
fullname = Sean Browne
hasvoicemail = yes
secret = sean
vmsecret = xxxx
hassip = yes
hasmanager = yes

CLI>manager show user sean

username: sean
secret: <Set>
acl: no
read perm: system,call,log,verbose,command,agent,user,config,dtmf,reporting,cdr,dialplan,originate,all
write perm: system,call,log,verbose,command,agent,user,config,dtmf,reporting,cdr,dialplan,originate,all
displayconnects: yes

CLI>dialplan show ada

'213' => 1. Dial(SIP/213,tT,10) [pbx_config] <-- my ext for testing
Include => 'from-inside' [pbx_config]
Include => 'from-inside-redir' [pbx_config]

I also have identical context [ADA] just in case!

Please let me know if you need further info to help diagnose.

Regards,

Sean

Hi all,

This is working.

I just needed to restart Asterisk. restart did something reload couldn't.

There were some dialplan issues, but they were easy to fix once ADA was trying to dial!

Now all I need is the auto-answer SIP header for a Cisco 7941 if anyone has it!

Thanks,

Sean
