Real time call reporting

I'm looking for a more advanced dashboard that will show key metrics such as time since last call. I've used Nortels symposium in the past and for all its flaws, it was great at monitoring agents. Any idea if this is something a programmer could create?

Have a look at Queuemetrics. It provides a whole host of contact centre related reporting and is at least as good in detail as Symposium and much better in certain areas.
