I just started working with event triggers and set up a default URL to collect all variables. That seems to be working.
My goal is to do more granular reporting on logging in and out.
The Agent Login/out events work well for that when the users login/out via our agent login/out extension. The problem is when users login/out via the switchboard (or via the API). I don't seem to be getting any identifying information on the extension used. [event_type] and [queues] seem to be the only populated variables. Is that a known issue? or am I missing a different method of accessing the data?
On a slight tangent it would be nice to have similar events for pause/resume for finer tracking of that aspect.
