Hi all

How to queue a call in call queue , I mean how to create a queue of call via API?
Is any method to queue a call Via API ?

you can use queue AMI functions . search "queue " in the http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/Asterisk+manager+API for more information

AMI is not possible using Switchvox. OP, can you explain what you're trying to accomplish?

Sure ,
I need to queue the call , ie when a call came all the operators are busy with attending some other calls, then new must be in queue and not leaving in voice mail with out asking to caller .It should be in waiting...

Why not just place the operators in a queue, and deliver new calls to that queue? Turning 'deliver calls while on a call' off should make the call not ring through, and just wait til they're off. No need to use the API there.
