Picking up a specific call from call queue

Is there a way to pick up a particular call from call queue? Or does it act like a FIFO Queue where once a call goes in, it cannot be retrieved until it reaches the top of the queue?

There is not current way to pick up an individual call waiting in the queue. We have a request to add this feature to the product. You are correct that the queues are FIFO.

I'll add my support behind this enhancement as well. It goes along with being able to rank queue priorities.
