unable to login to demo switchvox xml

I have signed up for access to the live Switchvox SMB server.
I received an address of http://demo3.switchvox.com/admin, a username and password.
That username and password works when I go to the above address but not when I try to access http://demo3.switchvox.com/xml. Is there any way of getting a password that works with http://demo3.switchvox.com/xml so that I can develop an app to collect call info?

What happens when you try to access that URL? It should display XML and let you know your XML API request is empty.

Try using the test suite to demo the API. This is a nice tool that lets you type in your credentials and pick your method and parameters for either XML or JSON calls:

When I try to access http://demo3.switchvox.com/xml in a browser it asks for credentials. I type in my username and password and it comes back with a screen that says:
Your network is forbidden or you don't have the proper permissions to view this page.
The network you are trying to access this site from is not allowed.
If you believe you should have access please contact your system administrator.

When I access it through code with an xml command it comes back saying unauthorized access.

Here is what is really strange. This all worked two weeks ago. It stopped working last week.

I need https not http.
