the Caller still unable to skip the announcement mesage

Hello All,

I am running Asterisk 1.8.9.2 + FreePBX 2.10.8..
I have an announcement with "Allow Skip" enabled.. but the Caller still unable to skip the message..
could anybody please help? ..
