I am using asterisk now 1.5. I want to make soft transfer(attended transfer).That means I just want to
transfer my customer call to an expert but before that , I have to hold customers call and then call the expert
after talking to him connect the customer with him and hang up the call.
I know that it's possible to record conversation between customer and me , and me and expert.But is it possible to
record conversation between customer and expert. That means I want to record all phases of transfer.Is it possible.
Please tell me hoe it can be possible...
