We have a Switchvox SMB AA65 currently running the latest 4.6 version. We have about 20 Aastra 6757i phones. I created an IVR that modifies the caller ID name and prepends "Billing" to it before sending it on to a queue. The two softphones I have tried out (3cx and Xlite) both see the modified caller ID name just fine. However, our 6757i phones do not show any change at all in the caller ID name.
Has anyone run into this before or have any suggestions on what to try?

Some phones will have limited ability to read caller ID strings and modified ones maybe less so. I would try prepending a number to signify the billing department and see if that works. If not, maybe check for new firmware for the phones?
