This was asked a few years ago but I figured I would ask again.
Is there a way to send your Switchvox logs to a centralized logging server like syslog-ng or Splunk?

Not without a bunch of work. At one point I did write something to curl the call logs page because the API didn't format things nicely...You could do something similar and point it to the error logs. Let me know if that interests you, I'll see if I can find what I wrote.
