Switchboard Errors using

Postby mroberts1818 » Mon Feb 11, 2008 10:09 pm

Has anyone come across a situation where the switchboard has problems loading? I was able to load the switchboard but recently an automatic update to FireFox was installed and after that I was not able to load my switchboard...not in FireFox and not in IE either?

Same issue here. Anyone have a solution? Nether Firefox nor IE work.

need FlashPlayer 9r115

The Switchboard seems to play best with FlashPlayer ver. 9.115

Check here to see which version you currently have installed
http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewCon ... d=tn_15507

If it's not ver. 9.115, see
http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewCon ... &sliceId=2

and find the link to the uninstaller in the Solution section to uninstall FlashPlayer

You can find ver. 9.115 at
http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/fl ... rchive.zip

Extract the files, and find the 9r115 folder and run flashplayer9r115_winax.exe

Try loading the Switchboard again. It resolved the problem on the two workstations I tried it on.
