I am not sure if this is the correct place for this but i would really like it if the dashboard had an option to set where i am at...
this way when my operator takes lunch, the person who comes in and sits at their desk can still work their own switchboard and take calls at someone else's desk, or if i am out of the office i could put my cell phone number in and work like i was sitting at my own phone...
i really like the switchboad i just find that it is very limiting having it associated with just one phone...
