What I wanted to do was record voicemail prompts for a specific VOIP provider but at a remote location. To [try and] accomplish this I setup a Virtual Extension (200) with a call rule to forward all calls to an external number. I then logged onto the extn for the VOIP provider (via web gui) and asked it to record using extn 200. No outbound call was made but I did keep getting these 2 log entries every time I tried to initiate a dial.
