Problem handling skype_topic

I have configured chan_skype succesfully, now i'm trying to pass the call topic by url in this way.
skype:skype-account?call&topic=[my topic] using win client.

Then from * i expected to get this content from ${CHANNEL(skype_topic)} , but the result is an empty variable.

Have the same problem. Contacted Digium already, but received no answer till now.
Skype confirmed that this feature is working with all newer versions of their client.
Pls let me know when you received an answer, I will do the same.
