Asterisk Consultant needed in Seattle

I have been trying (unsuccessfully) to connect a simple AsteriskNow box with FreePBX to a Merlin Legend PBX system to replace a dead voicemail system. Hardware is purchased, connections are made. For some reason, the Asterisk server isn't answering. Not sure if the problem is in our dial plan, or in the flaky Merlin Legend (we've had some issues with various cards going out from time to time).

Really would like to bring someone in for a few hours to help guide me through the rest of the installation. Please be knowledgeable about both the Merlin Legend and AsteriskNow.
