We have a Digium Switchvox SOHO 3.5 system and we just activated caller ID on our analog telco lines. Only about 1 in 20 calls are coming in with a name or number displayed .... Most are still "unknown" .. because it works sometimes (doesn't matter which line the call comes in on), i am not sure what to try....any idea?
I think it may be a timing issue ------ is there any way to set the answer ring delay?
