I created a queue on the graphic interface.
I would like to know how to logger a member in a dynamic way in this queue.
I saw the tab "Agent Login Settings". In fields " Agent Login Extension: " I put 6498.
When I dial this number ( 6498 ) we ask me of "to specify your extension and password when prompted, and hit * when asked for your callback extension. "
But where in the interface do I have to define my extension and especially my password to logging in the queue ?
