Hi all,

I'm facing a problem when making call in Asterisk. it return message with 488 Not acceptable here.
Who knows about the problem. Please help me.

It's look like problem with codec restrictions ?
The most common reason for that error code that I've seen is a codec mismatch please check which codecs are used on both sides.

After modified, Asterisk was not return 488. But, an another problem occur. Asterisk doesn't return 180 ringing.
For this issue. what can I do?

Hi,

I just delete trunk and then re-create it.

About 180 ringing message isn't been return. what is reason. I think this problem is at extension user.
How must I configure extension is right?

To get help you will need to provide more information,
what is your configuration , how do you place this call.
Excerpts from configuration , at least of involved extensions and trunks
and also logs with set debug 5 , set verbose 5 and sip sip set debug on.
