This should be accomplished by editing the digitmap and timeout settings, if using a Polycom phone...such as [1-8]xx for 3-digit extensions, or [1-8]xxx for 4-digit extensions. Timeout for each pattern would be 1, so upon reaching the last digit, it would immediately dial the extension.
More often than not, I make my digitmap for internal extensions be [1-8]xx.T to allow for 3-digit extensions with the '.T' meaning 'plus any remaining digits until Timeout', where I set the timeout for that pattern to be either 1 or 2 seconds; that way if the customer has 3-digit extensions now, but changes to 4-digit extensions, we're covered either way-- or if the Switchvox is setup with some 3-digit extensions ('system' extensions like 411, 800, 899, etc) and 4-digit extensions (user extensions) for instance.
