Developer Opportunity - Call Center

We are looking for a developer to assist with our call center environment. The short list of deliverables is:

1. Priority routing within Queue
2. Agent Service Levels
3. Reporting

(the list is extensive, but this is a start)

Have you had a look at Queuemetrics to address some of these issues?

I have not. We have gotten fairly integrated into Switchvox. We currently have an IVR that polls a database and passes back information to the caller. We are experiencing about 50,000 calls a month in that environment.

I am hopeful that I can find some developer support of our current environment. Unfortunately, I have not been overwhelmed with interest. :(

I believe that Queuemetrics may well be able to be integrated with SwitchVox. I't certainly worth contacting them as it's a pretty comprehensive product.
