Configuring new Switchvox.

How do I set up the operators switchboard so that she can see the call status of everyone?

you just have to create a phonebook and manually add all extensions in the system to it, then display it in switchboard.

You may want to give the operator permissions on the extensions and add them as extended entries.

as far as I know there is no way to automatically create and update phonebooks, you have to create them yourself for each user.
