IVR and VM

Hello guys
When my extension is unavailable I forward calls to IVR, press 1 for Sales or press 2 for VM. I need to send this VM to first extension. I need global variable for this, but when i have 2 or more simultaneous calls is not work correctly.
How to setup this ?

Global variables apply to all calls on the system. You would need to have an IVR prior to hitting the non-answering extension that tagged the extension number as a variable. Which would probably result in as much work as simply building a similar IVR for every extension.

We've tried to use a variable in the first ivr when call entrance the system, but the variable does not move between the ivr.

Сatch the call in first IVR - not possible. It necessary to record the number that the customer has typed in the first IVR. However, the data in the variable dialed number is not saved. In this menu, except the menu items, you can dial the extension number.

Is there a way to solve the problem?
