If anyone is interested, I have developed an Area Code Router for the Switchvox.
Using the "Send Call Info to URL" function, one can send the CallerID to this app, have the app search a CSV file and return a value from a match.
If no match, a default can be sent back to the Switchvox.
One can select what chareters to capture from the call info using Left, Right, or Mid string functions.
